James Dawson

Summary

Jamie Dawson has a wide ranging civil practice. He has experience of appearing in both the Inner and Outer House of the Court of Session, the High Court of Justiciary and sheriff courts. He has been instructed in a variety of civil matters, including commercial and trust cases. He has received instructions for both pursuers and defenders in a large number of medical and dental negligence cases. A modern languages graduate of the University of Oxford, Jamie Dawson also has an interest in the law of the European Union.
