Summary
Graham Bell QC has extensive experience in both the civil and criminal courts. He is regularly instructed in large reparation claims. He is frequently instructed in Judicial Review particularly in the field of Mental Health law. He has considerable experience in the criminal courts both for defence and for the Crown. He has specialised in Criminal Appeal work and was involved in many reported cases. He continues to be called upon as an AD Hoc Advocate Depute primarily for Appeals.

Throughout his practice as an Advocate Graham Bell has appeared in civil and criminal courts at all levels including Inner House, Appeal Court, House of Lords and Privy Council and in addition in Public Inquiries and Planning Inquiries
