Summary
Mark Fitzpatrick is a graduate of Oxford and Dundee Universities. He has developed a particular interest in medical negligence actions, and also practises more widely in personal injury claims. He has come to act principally for Defenders. He has represented the interests of various Health Boards in numerous Fatal Accident Inquiries arising out of unexpected deaths in hospital. He also has an interest in mental health law.
Experience
Mark Fitzpatrick has extensive experience of appearing before various tribunals, in the sheriff courts, and in the Outer House and the Inner House of the Court of Session, and he has appeared in the House of Lords.
