Summary
Graeme Hawkes is a commercial litigator. He spent 6 years as a solicitor specialising in commercial litigation - mainly property and contract work - and has continued to work principally in that area at the Bar, whilst at the same time developing a practice in other areas such as planning, construction and, through his role as a Standing Junior to the Scottish Executive, public law.
