Euan Mackenzie has extensive advocacy experience and has appeared in the Court of Session (Inner and Outer House), Sheriff Court, Fatal Accident Inquiries, Planning Inquiries, Mental Health Tribunals, Employment Appeal Tribunal, Employment Tribunal, the Parole Board for Scotland and before a Private Legislation Committee of the Scottish Parliament.

- PS Independent Trustees Ltd and ors v Kershaw and ors, 23 May 2008, Lord Glennie - acted as sole counsel in successfully defending a £2 million claim against the former trustee of a pension scheme.
- Paterson v Scottish Agricultural College, Sheriff Farrell, 24 December 2008 - acted as sole counsel in successfully defending a complex professional negligence claim in a four week proof.
- McEwan v Hendron and ors, 2007 SC 556 - acted as junior counsel in successfully defending a historic abuse test case against the De La Salle Order.
- Reynard v Exquisite Quisine Ltd, 2006 SCLR 319 - acted as junior counsel in obtaining a £1 million plus award for food poisoning.
- Roman Catholic Church v North Lanarkshire Council, 2005 - acted as junior counsel in seeking judicial review of decision to build single campus schools.
- Tehrani v UK CC for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting, 2001 SC 581 - acted as junior counsel in seeking judicial review of professional body's disciplinary procedures.
- Uprichard v Fife Council, 2000 SCLR 949 - acted as junior counsel in seeking judicial review of planning permission for St Andrews Bay golf resort.
- Fatal Accident Inquiries - acted as sole counsel for the Health and Safety Executive and Health Boards at fatal accident inquiries.
