Summary
James McConnell has a mixed civil practice. He is instructed in a variety of commercial and administrative law disputes. In personal injury cases James acts on behalf of defenders, insurers, local authorities and individual pursuers - including those funded via legal aid, trade unions or on a speculative basis.
Experience
Before calling James McConnell was a litigation solicitor for approximately six years. Since calling James has experience in a wide variety of Court of Session cases. He has been involved in high value personal injury claims (including brain injury).
He has also been involved in a variety of commercial cases and has obtained interim interdicts and "keep open" orders in commercial litigations.
