Summary
Catherine MacColl came to the Bar from a background as a solicitor in commercial litigation in Edinburgh. As a solicitor Catherine conducted litigation in the Court of Session, including the commercial court. She has experience of appearing in a range of Sheriff Court hearings, and also in the Lands Tribunal. She is a CEDR accredited mediator and has degrees in philosophy as well as law.
